13089658029 作者把下载时间限定死了，最多只允许 120 秒，你的网速在这个时间限制里下载不完，所以超时报错了。

对开发者来说，写死限制通常不是个好习惯，用户无法自行调整，所以这里你要是无法提升网速就只能干瞪眼。我刚给作者提交了补丁：https://github.com/seandavi/GEOquery/pull/139
