RStudio-2021.09.2-382版本，dir()无法正常显示中文。

RStudio-2021.09.1-372版本，在console中输入dir()可以正常显示中文。

dir("D:/test", full.names = T)
[1] "D:/test/中文" "D:/test/中文.txt"

然而，RStudio-2021.09.2-382和RStudio-2022.02.0-preview-392版本，在console中输入dir()无法正常显示中文。

dir("D:/test", full.names = T)
[1] "D:/test/涓枃" "D:/test/涓枃.txt"

不知道该如何解决。

已报告，得到答复：

（1）Thanks for the bug report. I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but I'm 99% sure it'll be fixed when R 4.2.0 is released, with UTF-8 locale support.

（2）As a workaround, you can do something like:

files <- dir("D:/test", full.names = TRUE)
Encoding(files) <- "UTF-8"
files

临时方案仍然无法解决中文路径问题。

比如：dir("D:/test/中文", full.names = TRUE)

直接在R 4.1.2 或 Rstudio-2021.09.1-372版本中，都可以正常运行得到结果。
但是在Rstudio-2021.09.2-382及以上版本中，无法得到结果。

只好暂时回到Rstudio-2021.09.1-372版本。

等 R 4.2.0 吧。我们都等了十几年了，这点事不知道耗费了多少人多少心血，今年终于要实现这个 Windows 上的 UTF-8 编码心愿了。
