的确不知道growth curve model是mixed model的一种
不同时的时间的确是cluster, 但是要不要用mixed model在于你是不是只对数据中的时间点感兴趣,
还是 the underlying distribution of the coefficicents (就是你所说的beta)感兴趣
我没有说数据不是cluster,但是不是见到cluster就要mixed effects model
不能用poisson regression的原因是, 这里每组都固定100头蚂蚁.
poisson 分布是没有上限的
logistic regression 并不是一定要binray response data,
binrary response data是指Bimonial里n=1,(i.e. Bernoulli)
我不认为logistics regression局限于binary response data
