How to compute eigenvalues and eigenvectors in Excel?

For a large matrix, how to compute eigenvalues and eigenvectors in Excel? Unable to track down the function code from R.

Is there anyone can help? either use macro or use spreadsheet window is fine.

no answer... anyways, I downloaded a free add-in package call matrix.xla, it's quite good
