请教一下，SPSS中可不可以作exploratory factor analysis（大概叫解释性因子分析）
其实lisrel中的prelis可以作，但不太会用
PRELIS中可以使用原始数据吗？怎么样导入啊？谢谢

In general, there are two common types of factor analysis; exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). These two techniques have different analyatical purposes. SPSS enables you to perform EFA while other softwares such as LISREL, AMOS (as an add-on package to SPSS) or EQS allows you to conduct CFA.
In SPSS, go to Analysis-Data reduction-Factor, define your variables and select the methods for extraction and rotation, loading values, etc.

Thanks. The day before yesterday I also happened to find in an article that EFA could be conducted in SPSS, just the way you mentioned. Anyway, thank you, anita.
