我现在的课题是血浆中的各种因子对血小板计数的影响， 样本量大概有100例
各项指标已经确定，数据已得到，血小板分伤后不同时段进行计数，
目前有其他影响血小板的指标8项 应该应用什么统计学方法进行统计？
目的为确定因素与血小板计数的相关性分析，求各位老鸟指导。
