There are MANY possible plots, depending on the SPECIFIC software you use, the protocol you use, etc. Check your manual before asking this. In Most cases, the S-shaped curve has y-axis log(some [probably relative] concentration), and x-axis cycle number.
There is no universally accepted analysis method for qPCR data (actually, we can say this for any data). Different softwares give you different levels of details about the whole experiment. Some examples of analysis include anova on delta Ct, curve fitting, permutation, etc.
As for connections with clinical data, it depends on what THE clinical data are. There are too many clinical results to guess for me.

临床指标具体是年龄,性别,肿瘤分级,肿瘤大小,肿瘤标志物的数值,这些信息我不知道怎么处理好。现在写论文都需要把临床资料
和指标联系起来,说到底是个实验设计的问题。比如,年龄大于60和小于60的,然后做相关的话用年龄的大小,还是用年龄大于或者小于60的例数做呢?

还有,好像图不能放,我看标的是ABI7000 SDS software做的,选择其中一个样本为1,其他的都相比较得出的比值做的纵坐标,这个我再看看。
