按照instructions https://happygitwithr.com，安装了git, 设置了global username和邮箱，设置了SSH key, 新建project，链接上了repo，修改readme.md 文件保存后可以git,但是push 总是出错：
error：cannot spawn sh: No such file or directory
error: cannot spawn rpostback-askpass: No such file or directory
fatal: could not read username for “https://GitHub.com”: No such file or directory
请问是哪里出错了导致找不到file or directory?
