求助关于R语言做bagging算法的一些问题

首先说明一下我是新手TAT很菜
我用bagging对一组数据进行预测之后会显示如下的结果。。。
我用的语句是
> mod <- bagging(Class ~ Cl.thickness + Cell.size
+ + Cell.shape + Marg.adhesion
+ + Epith.c.size + Bare.nuclei
+ + Bl.cromatin + Normal.nucleoli
+ + Mitoses, data=BreastCancer, coob=TRUE)
结果如下

有几个问题就是：
1、bootstrap replications的个数如果没有设定的话都默认是25个么？感觉做了好几次都是25。。。
2、那个misclassification error的数值的意义是。。。我之后用table看出来预测错误的有3个，所以是3/699？699是这组数据的观测值个数。
3、难道默认都是用classification tree做的bagging么。。。如果要用SVM、LDA啥的该怎么写语句呀。。。这个代码一写直接就出结果了根本不知道怎么预设分类的方法。。。
4、coob等于TRUE的意义就是会用数据里面没有被装进袋的数据来检验预测的效果，所以最后得出的error就是这样来的么？想知道怎么计算的这个error。。。

网上貌似也找不到太多关于bagging的信息。。。新手求大神指导呀。。谢谢！

最近坛子里提问前都不先看R自带的帮助么。。。
1. 25 是函数原型定义的默认值
2. 看文档
3. 你拿强分类做bagging当然可以，只能自己实现吧，同理还有adaboost包。基础算法不变。
4. 文档里有引用： out-of-bag sample。

最重要的是文档Detail的第一句话

The random forest implementations ‘randomForest’ and ‘cforest’ are more flexible and reliable for computing bootstrap-aggregated trees than this function and should be used instead.
