* checking Rd line widths ... NOTE
Rd file 'CMplot-package.Rd':
\usage lines wider than 90 characters:
cir.band = 1, H = 1, pch = 19, cex = c(0.5, 1), r = 1, siglines = TRUE, amplify = TRUE,
These lines will be truncated in the PDF manual.</strong>

Note the warning:
\usage lines wider than 90 characters:
Which means in the R Documentation file of "CMplot-package", the section "usage" is longer than permitted (90 characters).
And "These lines will be truncated in the PDF manual."
indicated that the longer part will not appear in the PDF manual generated.
I suggest you to have a check at your ‘CMplot-package.Rd' file, and try to shorten "/usage" part. It's not a big problem I guess.

Sorry, there is no Chinese input method on my laptop, so I can only reply in English. Sorry for this.
I guess you have given default values to some parameters? If it's true, maybe you can ignore these parameters with default values when you write \usage section.
An example is plot() function. You can have a look at the help documentation of plot() function. I believe your function don't have as many parameters as it does. ;-)
