Your mission (job role):工作职责
1、Proof-Of-Concepts for customers (data model,cool reports, charts, tables)
·为客户提供概念验证（POC）（如：数据模型，报告，绘图，制表）；
2、Demo & webinars for customers (data analytics use cases focused on customers industry)
·为客户做现场Demo或在线研讨会（如：客户所属行业的场景式数据分析演示）；
3、Master mathematical formulas (similar to Excel), SQL ( like MySQL etc.)
·精通数学公式（类似于Excel中的数学公式），及SQL语言；
4、Recording of videotutorials, documentation, success stories, use cases, industry blog
·编排录制视频教程，技术文档，成功案例，商业应用场景等；
5、Dashboards development, KPIs for various industry verticals
·项目仪表盘的开发以及各行业KPI定制；
6、Active support of sales, technicians, developers, partners
·与销售，技术员，开发人员及其他伙伴共同协作，完成团队任务；
Requirements:技能需求
1、Spoken English level – high
·较强的口语表达能力；
2、Be familiar with market ofTableau, QlikView, Cognos, SAP BO, Birst etc.
·熟悉Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, SAP BO, Birst 等市场；
3、Great communication skills
·良好的沟通能力；
4、Resposibility, self driven, agile and focused on systematic project work

二、BI系统工程师（工作地：深圳）
Key tasks
工作职责
● Very detailed technical understanding of product platform and architecture.
● 深入理解产品平台及架构的技术细节；
● Tech support for onsite POC. ( including environment preparation, software installation, trouble shooting, etc.)
● 为POC提供技术支持（包括：环境搭建，软件安装，排障等）；
● Improvement and ongoing maintenance of the production environments.
● 不断地改进并持续维护产品更新；
● Tech support of sales and data analyst activities.
● 为销售和数据分析师提供技术支持；
● Implement and operate platform services both for customers.
● 为客户提供实施和运维服务；
● Participation in 24x7 on-call support and weekend maintenance windows.
● 提供7*24电话支持服务，以及周末例行维护服务。
Required skills
技能要求
● JVM and Java application server (Tomcat, Jetty, Glassfish) troubleshooting, tweaking.
● 熟悉JVM和java应用服务器（Tomcat，Jetty，Glassfish），并能熟练进行排障和调优；
● Experience with agile development and open source tools. (log4j,TestNG,ant,grandle)
● 具有敏捷开发经验，会使用源代码工具(log4j,TestNG,ant,grandle)；
● Background in ETL processes and data transformation is advantage.
● 了解ETL过程和数据转换者优先考虑；
● Knowledge of development tools Eclipse, Jira, versioning systems is advantage.
● 熟练使用开发工具—Eclipse, Jira及版本管理工具；
● Administration, troubleshooting, tuning, scaling of relational DB especially PostgreSQL.
● 熟悉主流关系数据库的管理、排错、调试，尤其熟悉PostgreSQL；
● Technical knowledge of Windows, Linux OS administration, troubleshooting, tuning.
● 熟悉Windows和Linux操作系统管理、排错、调试相关技术知识；
● Knowledge and implementation of MongoDB and Hadoop family engines is advantage.
● 熟悉安装部署MongoDB和Hadoop引擎者优先考虑；
● Virtualization (VMWare, XEN) and knowledge of identity management. (LDAP protocol)
● 熟悉虚拟化(VMWare, XEN)和身份认证管理(LDAP protocol)；
● Knowledge of TCP/IP based computer networks and usual internet protocols.
● 熟悉TCP/IP协议和通用通信协议；
● Programming and scripting languages like Bash and other shell scripts.
● 熟练使用Bash 和其他 shell 脚本编程；
● Level of spoken English - very high.
● 精通英语口语。
三、数据分析师（工作地：广州）
任职资格：
1、3-5年数据分析类型实际工作经验；
2、熟悉matlab，sass，eviews，R，spss中的至少一到两种软件；
3、精通统计分析方法，如聚类，二叉数，线性回归，智能向量机等常规使用的统计方法；
4、具备熟练使用sql等操作数据的能力；
5、有良好的沟通理解能力，且在工作中能主动自我发现问题、解决问题。
