本人有三年的新药临床研发工作经验，主要是承担统计计划书、数据库的管理、编盲、盲态审核报告、最终的统计报告。已经做过包括拜耳在内的国内外10多家药厂的统计部分工作。对SAS十分精通，尤其是与新药研发相关的macro等，可以实现一次性完成统计报告。对新药研发的法规也比较熟悉。对楼主所说的比较感兴趣，但是不知您的高薪有多高，是不是值得跳槽？本人邮件glxfgsh@163.com有意可以联系。

Job Title:Manager Biostatistics
Reporting To: Head of R&D
Base City: Beijing
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1 This individual will provide statistical expertise to support the research and development of our products. He/she will provide critical input on the design and analysis of our clinical trial data so that accurate assessments are made for decision-making.
2 Provide statistical support to other statisticians through the management of tasks at the trial level
3 With supervision by a more senior statistician or head of Biostatistics, produces synopsis, statistical section of the protocol, and SAP for specific studies
4 With supervision by a more senior statistician or head of Biostatistics, completes the statistical section of the iCSR
5 With supervision by a more senior statistician or head of Biostatistics, computes sample sizes, discuss trial design, and creates randomization
6 In collaboration with the programmers, ensures that statistical programs are developed, tested and validated prior to the target analysis date
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1 At least MS degree in statistics with 0-4 years of pharmaceutical industry or equivalent qualification/experience.
2 Demonstrated experience with SAS software and awareness of current features of SAS; this includes the use of SAS Base, Statistics, and Graphics. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
3 Strong English lanuage ability in both oral and writing, excellent communication and problem solving skills.

楼主是不是漏下点什么，招聘职位为什么没有工资水平，哪怕是circa。大家要换工作，没人会找工资更低的。所以首先看看职位工资水平，如果不到自己满意的就不用浪费时间了。
我找工作时读了上百条招聘信息，没有不说明工资水平的。

医药公司待遇不错我知道，我现在的客户像pfizer, lilly, Janssen cilag, MSD, GSK, Sanofi都很好。我现在年薪30万人民币左右。如果这个职位年薪能在40万左右，不低于36万我会和我老婆商量一下。我会整理好我的CV，大学transcript，以及在澳州大学的merit certificate发邮件给你。
我硕士毕业时做的论文是用北京朝阳区疾病预防中心的数据做的北京人饮食与慢性病的关系。目前帮意大利分公司作Treatment of Anaemia in Renal Failure，对象是澳洲的nephrologist。

去年的时候曾经努力要找份与生物统计师接近的工作，接连被打击后，归于平静。
现在工作很充实，偶尔来到这里，会想起曾经的愿望，不知道自己是否真的放弃了。
只知道中要在一个岗位上，就要做好这个岗位的工作！
