职责
1. 根据业务需求，独立完成数据搜集、处理与挖掘；
2. 根据问题类型，建立合适的数据挖掘模型；
3. 撰写分析报告，以客户能够理解的方式呈现数据挖掘的成果。

2. Establish appropriate data mining models;
3. Compose analysis report and demonstrate the data mining results in a understandable way to customers.
职位要求 1. 信息化管理、数学或统计学专业背景，硕士以上学历；
2. 具备扎实的统计学、数据挖掘知识基础及丰富的实践经验；
3. 掌握 R / SPSS / SAS 等数据分析工具中的至少一种；
4. 具备数据 ETL 所需的数据库、编程能力；
5. 有通信行业或营销支持岗位工作经验者优先。
1. Information management, mathematical or statistical professional background, Master degree or above
2. With practical experience in statistical analysis, data mining, forecasting method;
3. Be familiar with at least one mainstream data analysis tool, such as SPSS / R/ SAS / etc.
4. Require database ETL, programming capabilities;
5. Working experience in telecommunication or marketing support as a priority.
