how to find the median of unique counts?

If I have an i.i.d. sample of size <bblatex>n</bblatex> from a Poisson distribution with mean <bblatex>\lambda</bblatex>, how to find the median of unique numbers in the sample?

不好意思，误会了。我不是问R里面怎么做，是想知道怎么推导，有什么性质。（所以才在数理统计版里面问的）

“unique 后的 median 似乎没有物理意义”：我问的就是这个。为什么就没有物理意义了呢？我觉得挺有意义的啊？假如0到9每个数出现一次，10出现11次，那么median就会变成10，可是10却是样本中的最大值。而unique之后的median仍然是5，应该会更稳定吧？

这个问题值得思考。对于任意分布，分位数反映的都是一种位置关系，并不关心具体的值，我想这是由定义决定的。

进一步说，「稳定」只是一个虚幻的性质，无法度量，只是人的偏好不同而已。如果要比较哪个更稳定，需要精确地定义「稳定」。

那么各种 bound 的推导，应该有若干文献。
