Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with business and analytical partners to support marketing analytics for APAC region, on infrastructure, business measurement and business insight development
2. Apply business intelligence tools to develop robust data platform to support various lines-of-business and channels. Measure ongoing business performance by reporting and understand key drivers.
3. Communicate insights and support analytical / business partners.
4. Provide technical expertise in data manipulation, measuring business performance and running research using advance approach.
5. Support ad-hoc projects, collaborate with global teams and take part in international projects.
6. Lead best practices sharing with analysts and managers located across the world.
Job Requirements:
1. Ability of understanding business problems, developing innovative and practical solutions to deliver business results, and communicating to the business partners and execute on solutions.
2. Proficient in SAS, SQL, VBA programming and Microsoft office
3. Extensive experience with large data sets and data manipulation
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and mandarin. Fluent Korean is a big plus.
5. Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through
6. A sense of humor, personal integrity, and an appreciation for team-work
7. Advanced degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, operations research or MBA
8. 3+ years of marketing and business analytics experience.
