Primary Job Responsibilities
(1) Communicate with clients and partners effectively to understand their needs from Internet Affiliate channel
(2) Translate business problems into actionable analytic projects and plan
(3) Carry out reporting, analysis, modeling, automation based on business sense and database knowledge
(4) Deliver results and follow up on implementation and monitoring
(5) Organize and develop tools and algorithms specific to business problems if needed
(6) Provide support and guidance for junior team members
Job Requirements
(1) Over 5 years’ experience in reporting, analysis, modeling and automation
(2) Good statistical, data mining algorithm knowledge and experiences
(3) Good in EXCEL/VBA, SQL, SAS or other statistical tools
(4) Internet marketing, especially affiliate channel analysis experience a big plus
(5) Ability to develop tools and algorithms a big plus
Basic Qualifications
(1) Bachelor degree at least, preferable major in science areas, such as statistics, computer science, etc.
(2) Teamwork experiences and leadership potential
(3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in Written and Spoken English
