Position Summary:
Mid-level Business Planning resource reporting to a Business Planning Director
Main Responsibilities：
Manage Business Planning engagements with a particular focus on timely data collection, accurate data entry, suitable data transformation or manipulation and the appropriate use of different statistical or research techniques.
Work closely with the clients and senior Mindshare staff to ensure that the results of Business Planning engagements lead to actionable recommendations and clear business benefits.
Ensure the quality of all work undertaken by Business Planning Executives and Associates by providing direction, encouragement and support.
Develop client presentations.
Background Requirements：
- Education: Educated to degree level in a numerical or marketing discipline.
- Working Experience:
More than 2 years’ work experience in business consultancy, market research or a strategic planning role. In this role the individual will have successfully managed projects and will have had some degree of staff responsibility.
- Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Good presentation skills and the ability to influence senior management both internal and external.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with one or more of SQL, Eviews, SPSS, SAS or R.
- An in-depth understanding and prior application of econometrics, database management or market research would be particularly valuable.
- Problem solving and communication skills.
