newick2phylog函数问题

最近学习ade4包作图时碰到一个问题，运行下列代码时总是显示：“错误于scale(w$vectors, scale = FALSE) : 参数((scale = FALSE)) 没有用”，一直搞不清是什么原因。代码如下：

错误于scale(w$vectors, scale = FALSE) : 参数((scale = FALSE)) 没有用

再报告一个情况，我把trg <- newick2phylog(b)改为trg <- newick2phylog(b,F)就能运行了。
